  • No stains or soap residue on showers
  • Bathtub/shower enclosures clean
  • Bathtub/shower enclosure floors clean
  • Remove mildew/mold on walls
  • Bathroom sinks clean
  • Bathroom mirrors and vanities clean
  • All faucets free of leaks/drips
  • Properly working door stops
  • Light sockets/outlet covers left in good condition
  • Working light bulbs throughout
  • Lighting fixtures clean
  • All vents cleaned
  • Air conditioner/heater filters new or cleaned (if permanent type)
  • Water softener filled with salt
  • Fireplace cleaned out
  • Washer and dryer clean and in good repair
  • Nails must be removed from walls
  • Walls must be patched and touched up with proper color and gloss paint
  • Stains must be removed from carpet.
